SoulPreneur Prosperity Academy™ ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your personal information when you use the SoulPreneur OS™ platform ("Platform").

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Personal Information You Provide

Account Information: Name, email address, profile picture

Course Work: Assignment submissions, reflections, quiz responses, business concepts, product ideas

Communication Data: AI coaching conversations, messages, support inquiries

Payment Information: Stripe handles payment processing; we store only transaction records and credit purchases

2.2 Automatically Collected Information

Usage Data: Login timestamps, pages viewed, features used, time spent on Platform

Progress Metrics: Assignments completed, belt progression, daily habit tracking, streaks, milestone achievements

Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device information, session data

3. How We Use Your Information

Provide and maintain the Platform and educational services

Process course enrollments, track progress, and award milestone achievements

Enable AI coaching features tailored to your belt level and coursework

Communicate with you about courses, updates, and support

Allow authorized instructors to review your work and provide feedback

Process payments and maintain transaction records

Improve Platform features, functionality, and user experience

Detect, prevent, and address technical issues and security threats

Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service

4. AI Coach Data Usage & Your Content Ownership

Your work belongs to you. This section specifically addresses how we handle your AI Coach conversations, business ideas, and creative content.

4.1 Your Content Is Yours

All business ideas, product concepts, strategies, and creative work you share with the AI Coach remain 100% your intellectual property

Your AI Coach conversations are confidential and are used only to serve you

We do NOT claim any ownership rights to your business ideas or content

Upon completing your coursework, you may download your compiled work product (workbooks) as a permanent record of your original contributions. These exports contain only your responses and creations — not proprietary curriculum content.

4.2 How Your AI Coach Data Is Used

The AI Coach processes your messages, coursework submissions, and business concepts through AI language models to generate personalized coaching responses. This processing happens in real-time during your conversations. The AI Coach does not independently learn or retain information between sessions beyond your stored conversation history.

Your conversations are used exclusively to provide personalized coaching and guidance to you

Your data helps the AI understand your products, goals, and progress to give you better recommendations

Your conversation history may be used to maintain context within your coaching sessions

Authorized instructors may review conversations for educational feedback purposes only

4.3 What We Do NOT Do With Your AI Coach Data

NOT shared with other students or users

NOT sold to third parties

NOT used to train external AI models or improve general AI systems

NOT used for marketing purposes without your explicit consent

NOT accessible to anyone outside of SoulPreneur Prosperity Academy™ except as required by law

4.4 AI-Generated Content

Content generated by the AI Coach in response to your prompts (such as marketing copy, business strategies, or product descriptions) is provided for your use. You may use, modify, and commercialize AI-generated content that was created specifically for you as part of your coaching experience.

4.5 Instructor Review of Your Work

As part of the educational experience, authorized instructors and administrators may review certain aspects of your work to provide grading, feedback, track your progress, and identify areas where you may need additional support.

What instructors CAN see:

Assignment submissions and written responses

Reflections and journal entries submitted as part of coursework

Quiz responses and scores

Tool work (e.g., Partnership Builder, Journey Mapping, Product Development)

Belt progression and course progress data

What instructors CANNOT see:

Private AI Coach conversations (unless flagged for educational review)

Payment information or billing details

Personal account settings or profile configurations

Who qualifies: Only instructors and administrators who are assigned to your enrolled courses have access to your coursework. No other students or unauthorized personnel can view your submissions.

5. How We Share Your Information

5.1 With Authorized Instructors

Teachers with assigned roles can view your course progress, assignment submissions, reflections, quiz scores, and business concepts to provide educational feedback and coaching.

5.2 With Service Providers

Payment Processing: Stripe for secure payment transactions

Cloud Hosting: Secure cloud infrastructure for database and authentication services

AI Services: AI providers process your coaching conversations to generate responses. These providers do NOT use your data to train their models and are contractually bound to confidentiality.

Email Services: For course communications and notifications

5.3 Business Transfers

If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred. We will notify you before your information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

5.4 Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or government request, or to protect our rights, property, or safety.

5.5 What We Do NOT Share

We do NOT sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes. Your proprietary business ideas and concepts remain confidential.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information:

Encrypted data transmission using SSL/TLS protocols

Row-Level Security (RLS) policies restricting database access

Authentication required for all sensitive operations

Regular security audits and vulnerability assessments

Access controls limiting employee access to your data

Secure payment processing through PCI-compliant Stripe

However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services:

Active Accounts: Data retained while you remain enrolled in courses

Inactive Accounts: Data retained for 2 years after last login, then archived

Course Completions: Certificates and badges retained permanently for verification

AI Coach Conversations: Retained while your subscription is active; deleted 90 days after subscription ends unless you request earlier deletion

Payment Records: Retained for 7 years for tax and legal compliance

Deleted Accounts: Personal data deleted within 30 days of account deletion request

8. Your Privacy Rights

8.1 Access and Portability

You can access your personal information and download your course work (assignments, reflections, submissions) in PDF or CSV format at any time through the Platform.

8.2 Correction and Updates

You can update your profile information, name, email address, and profile picture through Profile Settings.

8.3 Data Deletion

You have the right to request deletion of your personal information. To request deletion:

Contact us through the Platform support system

Provide your student ID and email address for verification

Specify which data you want deleted

Important: Deleting your account will permanently remove your progress, XP, badges, course work, AI Coach conversation history, and access to purchased courses. This action cannot be undone.

We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., transaction records, audit logs).

8.4 Opt-Out of Communications

You can opt out of promotional emails by clicking "unsubscribe" in any marketing email. You cannot opt out of essential service communications (e.g., course updates, security alerts).

9. Cookies, Local Storage & Tracking Technologies

9.1 What Are Cookies (and Why You're Reading This)

Cookies are small text files placed in your browser. We also use related technologies — browser local storage (data saved until you clear it) and session storage (data cleared when you close the tab). Together these let the Platform remember who you are between page loads, keep you signed in, and understand which features people actually use.

9.2 Why We Use Them

Keep you signed in and protect your session

Remember your preferences (theme, last-used product, chat widget state)

Track your course progress, XP, badges, and milestones

Process payments and complete checkout flows securely

Understand which pages and features are used so we can improve them

Attribute signups to the marketing source that brought you here (UTM, referrer)

9.3 Categories We Use

Strictly Necessary

Required for sign-in, session security, payments, and core platform functions. These cannot be disabled. Includes Supabase authentication tokens and Stripe checkout cookies.

Functional

Remembers your preferences and form state so the platform behaves the way you set it up.

Analytics

Helps us understand which pages and features are used. Includes our own page-view tracking and the GoHighLevel session/journey tracking pixel.

Marketing & Attribution

Captures how you found us (UTM source, referrer) and helps connect activity across visits. Includes GoHighLevel contact identification cookies.

9.4 Detailed Cookie Inventory

The tables below list the specific cookies, local storage keys, and session storage keys used by the Platform and its third-party providers. Items marked with * have variable suffixes (e.g. an ID is appended). "Persistent" means stored until expiry or manual clearing; "Session" means cleared when the browser tab closes.

9.5 Do Not Track / Opt-Out

9.6 Managing Your Preferences

You can change your cookie choices at any time using the Cookie Preferences link in our footer. You can also clear cookies and storage through your browser settings, but doing so may sign you out and reset your preferences.

9.7 Third-Party Data Processors

We rely on the following third-party services to deliver the Platform. Each is contractually bound to confidentiality and data-processing terms:

Supabase — database, authentication, file storage

Stripe — payment processing

GoHighLevel — marketing CRM, funnels, attribution, chat widget

Google reCAPTCHA — anti-spam form protection

AI providers — process AI Coach conversations (do not train on your data)

Email delivery providers — transactional and course email

10. Children's Privacy

The Platform is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we discover we have collected information from a child under 18, we will delete it immediately.

11. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and maintained on servers located outside your state, province, or country where privacy laws may differ. By using the Platform, you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States and processing in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

12. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act:

Right to know what personal information we collect and how it is used

Right to request deletion of your personal information

Right to opt out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell your information)
